MAKING MUSIC
GUITAR AS A MIRROR:
REFLECTIONS ON LEARNING, PRACTICE, AND PLAY
This is not a method book or a collection of tricks. It is a reflection on what learning an instrument reveals about how we listen, practice, hesitate, and grow. Through short essays and simple, grounding exercises, the book explores rhythm, discipline, trust, and attention not as abstract ideas, but as lived experiences at the instrument. Written for beginners finding their footing and for experienced players feeling stuck or restless. Guitar as a Mirror is currently in development and will be released in stages as it continues to take shape. At its core, the book invites you to slow down, listen more closely, and discover how the way you practice music quietly shapes the way you move through the world.
